These pens are made more for fondant then they are for cake pop decorating or writing on hardened candy melts. Save your money and buy candy gel, paste or food color and just use a paint brush along with it. You will much happier and save some money.

I tried using this with my wilton white candy melts on cake pops and some of the colors like the orange would work for a second then dry out. The black worked well but not some of the colors.

These are fantastic! They are a good price for what you get. I made sugar cookies and the kids drew on them.
